As part of global efforts to combat smishing and spam, telecommunications regulators in the United Kingdom have introduced updated “Know Your Customer” (KYC) guidelines. These new regulations require businesses using UK long codes for messaging and voice services to comply with stricter verification standards.

To meet these requirements, businesses must submit Regulatory and Compliance (RC) Bundles for UK long codes. These RC Bundles ensure that your numbers are verified and meet the necessary regulatory standards for continued use.

To facilitate this process, please fill out the form below, which collects the required information to submit your UK RC bundle for approval.

What happens next:

Once submitted, the Bundle will go into the approval process. The approval process may take up to 3 business days, plus any processing time for mailer delivery confirmation

If your Bundle is rejected, you will be provided the reason(s), and the application will be returned. We will re-submit your application together with the correction and required additional document.
