All capitalized terms used in this Fair Usage Policy without definition will have the same meanings set forth in the Terms of Service, into which this Fair Usage Policy is incorporated
Unless otherwise indicated on an Invoice, Customer’s plan has a limit of two thousand five hundred (2,500) text messages per user for each calendar month, with the first month of the plan being based on the number of days remaining in the month during which Customer first signs up for the Services. For example, if the Customer has five (6) Users under its plan, the Customer’s limit for its Users collectively will be fifteen thousand (15,000) text messages.
- This limit does not apply to Bring Your Own Service, given that the service provider charges the Customer directly for those messages.
- This limit also does not apply to international messages (messages sent to a different country to the country code of the assigned phone number), as those are charged separately.
- In the event that a Customer consistently exceeds the monthly limit, YakChat reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to assess an additional usage charge for that Customer at YakChat’s then-current country overage rate for each text message in excess of the limit.
- In the event that an inbox with a United States phone number sends more than two thousand (2,500) messages per day, additional 10DLC registration fees will apply.
- To the extent commercially reasonable, YakChat will provide notice of a Customer’s usage in excess of the Customer’s limit.
